Level 1
Python for Data Science
Start coding in Python with variables, control structures and pseudocode. Build resilient programs using data structures, functions and debugging techniques. Apply OOP, recursion and shell scripting and manage your code with Git.
Capstones: Investment Calculator, Task Manager App.
Level 2
Data Analytics and Exploration
Capstones: Integrated Database System, Data Analysis Report.
Work with relational databases and SQL to manage and integrate data. Use Python libraries like pandas and matplotlib to clean, analyze and visualize data and create dashboards with Tableau.
Level 3
Machine Learning
Capstones: Regression Model, Image Classifier, Clustering Project, AI Text Generator, NLP Script.
Train models using linear and logistic regression, decision trees and clustering techniques. Build neural networks with PyTorch and explore natural language processing with real-world applications like sentiment analysis.
